2010 Trail Rider Challenge July 17, 2010
Capital City Horse & Pony Club arena and grounds
Raymond, NE (Northwest edge of Lincoln)

Registration opens 8:00 am
Event begins at 9:00 am

Directions: 12900 N 14th St
From I-80 and 14th St on the north side of Lincoln go north about 4 1/2 miles to arena.

Lookup the arena on Google Maps (the arena is listed there) for the best way from your location.

Questions I have been receiving:
Q. Do have have to compete in all of the challenges? Can I enter just one?
A. Yes, you may compete in one or as many as you please.

Q. I have never done this before. How hard is it?
A. The novice course is very nonthreatening. Give it a try. You can then decide if you want to try the Trail Rider Course.

Q. Can anyone attend the clinic on Sunday?
A. Yes. You do not have to compete on Saturday to come to the clinic on Sunday.

Q. Is it rain or shine?
A. As long as we can park vehicles we will ride. If the parking lot gets saturated we will have to reschedule.

2010 is going to be a great year!

We have moved my horses and business to his place which is just west of the Blair Airport, about 6 miles North of Omaha. Our hope is to have the new place ready for groups by mid-summer.

I am making arrangements for spring events to be at other locations. If you would like to host an event or clinic this year, please let me know. I will be happy to come to you!

The Trail Rider Challenge season will kick off June 12.

Each Riding Club is designed for it's group. The goal is to build your confidence by teaching YOU the skills that allow YOU to enjoy your horse more, your horse to trust YOU, to solve problems, and to bond with your horse.
This may be done through horsemanship, trail obstacles, groundwork, despooking and problem solving.
