If you want to brush up your skills and get a little arena time with cattle come to a practice night.
Requests are welcome.

Cow working and Ranch Roping Practices are scheduled for June 26th, July 10th and July 24th..
These practices are at no charge to Burt County 4-H youth.
Cost: $25 per rider including arena and cattle>
Arena and cattle will be available 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
The arena is located 3 miles south of Tekamah,NE on County Road 34.
From Tekamah: go south on hwy 75 a 1/2 mile. Turn west at the corner with Nordstroms TV and Appliance. Go 1/2 mile then turn south on County Road 34 or 35. Go 2 miles. The arena is on the left/east side of the road.
From Blair: Go North on hwy 75 thru Herman. From Herman continue north on hwy 75 2 miles. Turn west on County Road C (blacktop). Go to second intersection, turn right/north on County Road 34. Go about 2/3 mile. Arena is on the right/east.

Practices are open to anyone who wants to practice the art of cattle handling through fine horsemanship.
Practices are $25 for the evening, including cattle.
